Do you have a question about our services? Here are some frequently asked questions we’ve already answered. We’ve strived to include as much information as possible throughout the site, but if you have any additional inquiries, we’d be happy to help out. Below are our frequently asked questions..

  • How long have you been in the childcare industry?
    I have been providing quality childcare for working professionals since August 2006.
  • What are FH's hours and rates?
    We operate Monday through Friday, 6:30 am -12:30 am. Fees: There is a $5 fee for every ten minutes you drop off early. If you need to arrive before 6:30 am, advance permission is required. There is a $5 fee every 5 minutes you are late to pick up your child. This fee must be paid upon pickup. When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library.
  • Will you feed my child?
    Yes! They recieve meals. Breakfast is served from 7:30-9:00 am. If your child arrived after 9:00 am, they must east prior to arriving. Infants will follow their own feeding schedule. All infants need to be proficient at using a bottle when they begin childcare. PLEASE READ THE FULL MEALS POLICY ON PAGE 3-4 OF THE HANDBOOK.
  • Are there registration fees?
    There is a non-refundable two-week fee that is required to hold your child's spot with me. This fee does NOT pay for any week of childcare. You will NOT get this fee back for any reason at any time. Please read the full policy on page 5 of the handbook.
  • Termination
    Parent's guardians must give me at least 30 days notice of termination. Please read the full policy on page 5 of the handbook.
  • Do you administer medicine?
    I prefer not to give any mediction.Please read the full policy on page 5 of the handbook.
  • Is there a shelter and evaction schedule made in case of emergencies?
    Yes. Please read the full policy on page 10-13 of the handbook.
